Thor: The Dark World Spoilers - 10 Major Plot Points Discussed

1. Thor Moves To Earth

Thor Dark World 48 Though it's not directly stated, it appears that - going by the post-credits scene, anyway - Thor has decided to make a go of it on Earth with Jane Foster, and will presumably reside here from now on, as to have the character based in a realm where he can associate and interact with the majority Marvel characters (most importantly: the Avengers). The small tag at the end of the movie has Jane staring into her bowl of cereal looking glum, only for Thor to teleport in outside on the balcony. The pair embrace and kiss against a terrible CGI backdrop of London, and that's that. And then there's the matter of the strange elephant-sized alien creature that has found itself abandoned in our world thanks to all the inter-realm disruption that takes place at the climax of the movie. Yes, during the final battle, all sorts of weird things end of getting brought to Earth, and this one didn't manage to get home. Though it's played for a joke during the closing moments, the police are sure gonna have a hell of a time getting this guy back to his own turf. Hey, given that Thor lives in London now, maybe he can help them out? What did you make of Thor: The Dark World? Let us know in the comments section below.
