16. Stormbreaker Gets Jealous Of Mjolnir
Though Taika Waititi runs several recurring gags into the ground, one that actually works well and isn't overused involves the personification of Stormbreaker.
After Mjolnir comes back into the picture, Stormbreaker clearly starts feeling a little insecure about its presence, and so any time Thor pays it or Jane much attention, Stormbreaker flies into shot to command Thor's attention, and also starts acting out in defiance.
It's a basic but fun gag, and clearly part of a wider effort to put Stormbreaker on Mjolnir's iconic level, what with Thor riding it like a broom at one point and then later giving it its first beer - well, pouring a beer all over it, anyway.
