There's no denying that all three Thor movies have boasted magnificent casts, though The Dark World in particular failed to really make the most of its illustrious roster, criminally wasting Christopher Eccleston and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje in nothing villain roles.

Ragnarok's cast is an absolute embarrassment of riches: Cate Blanchett deliciously hams it up as baddie Hela, Jeff Goldblum looks like he's having the time of his life as Grandmaster and Benedict Cumberbatch's brief appearance as Doctor Strange is a lot of fun.

That's without even mentioning contributions from Karl Urban, Tessa Thompson, Rachel House, Clancy Brown, Sam Neill, and yes, even Matt freaking Damon. Though not everyone gets utilised to quite their maximum potential, it's one hell of a line-up.
