7. Korg & Miek

By far the best character in Ragnarok is Korg, the rock-like alien (Kronan to be precise) who was a major part of the Planet Hulk storyline as one of Hulk's Warbound buddies.

He's voiced by Taika Waititi himself in a great cameo performance, and the director admitted a very specific reference point for the character - Polynesian bouncers - who is utterly hilarious:

"We wanted to change the idea of what a hulking guy made of rocks could be. He's huge and heavy, but with a light soul, and he's funny and friendly."

He's joined by sidekick Miek, the insectoid alien who was also a member of the Warbound, but who doesn't talk in Ragnarok.
