1. It Looks Epic!
It really does! The trailer showed large scale battles, explosions, Earth under attack, alien space crafts, glimpses of several of the nine realms, Asgard looking as cool as before and... children using psychic powers to levitate lorries (?) - this movie looks action-packed and epic. It was to be expected though. After the sheer awesomeness of the Avengers, Marvel are going to have to pull out all the stops to keep improving on it.
Iron Man 3 looks set to attempt to do so and then
Thor: The Dark World has the unenviable task of trumping them both. The battle scenes, the stellar cast (with awesome additions like Christopher Eccleston, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje and Chris O'Dowd), the wide variety of scenery that will come with the inclusion of the nine realms and the new-found level of threat from the antagonists Malekith and Kurse (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje) should make for one hell of a ride. I'm also hoping that the craft in the above picture is a big screen adaptation of Beta Ray Bill's Skuttlebutt, but I'm probably asking too much...
