7. Sir Hugo Drax
Film: Moonraker James Bond meets sci-fi in this action adventure, Portrayed by Michael Lonsdale, Sir Hugo Drax wants to achieve whatever other self-respecting super villain does, kill all of mankind and replace it with specifically chosen "stock". Sounds simple enough, all he had to do was release some poisonous gas here and there and job done. Sadly for him, the Space Station he used to contain the poisonous gas was destroyed by US marines, before Bond himself shot him with a poisonous dart and chucked him out of said space station and into outer space. One giant leap for mankind...
