Trailer for THE FORBIDDEN KINGDOM

The first trailer for THE FORBIDDEN KINGDOM starring Jackie Chan and Jet Li has hit the web over at ComingSoon. I've never been a huge fan of these kind of movies, although there are some breath-taking exceptions such as HOUSE OF FLYING DAGGERS. It's mainly down to the fact that the stories are always so similiar and the action at times repetitive. For those of you eagerly anticipating this movie, you probably already know that Jackie Chan spoke out and said just how Westernized this film is and that "it isn't great". It's a shame because it is the first on-screen collobaration from two of 'kung-fu' cinemas biggest stars. But you can now make up your minds by viewing the trailier below.

It has to be said the fighting sequence do look rather excellent. They should do though, given that they have the choreographer responsible for The Matrix and Kill Bill behind them.
