Trailer: SUCKER PUNCH; 'you will be unprepared'!

Zack Snyder's trailer for hisaudacious $100 million budgeted, 99% all female movie Sucker Punch (March, Warners) -- that has already played in front of feverish fanboys at Comic Con -- has made it's way online, and it delivers everything we have come to expect from the director. An alt-rock score, tons of slow-mo shots, crappy atmospheric CGI (I hated his fake grey skies of 300 and they are repeated here), anime-inspired action sequences and very little in the way of character. The movie is being sold by it's visuals and video-game style action. Nothing else.. But hey, I had a good time with both 300 and Watchmen and as a general rule, you can count me in for any film which contains Nazi's, dragons and samurai's. And well, are you not morbidly interested to see a young film-maker like Snyder reveal his deepest, darkest fetishes in the form of an expensive summer tentpole? Gotta admire the balls and craziness of it but I do wonder how many meetings and WB execs did it take to come up with the tagline; 'you will be unprepared'! WOW. Worst tagline since Knowing's 'What happens when the numbers run out?'.
