It's been over ten years since teen sex comedy
American Pie became the Porky's of the 21st century and after countless number of sequels and further straight-to-dvd outings, Universal are getting the original band back together for one last orgy.
The Hollywood Reporter say
Seann William Scott (Stiffler)
Jason Biggs (Jim) and
Eugene Levy (Jim's Dad) are now officially on board to star in
American Reunion, known by Universal insiders as American Pie 4 (conveniently forgetting the latter day sequels), and that it's hoped will bring back the principal players from the popular original.
Tara Reid, Mena Suvari, Chris Klein, Thomas Ian Nichols and
Jennifer Coolidge are all in talks to join them soon.. and presumably Alyson Hannigan and Shannon Elizabeth will soon follow. Harold & Kumar creators
Jon Hurwitz and
