Universal Orlando Resort

The House:

Enter a post-apocalyptic world where even a tiny sound can be your downfall.

Based on the John Krasinski directed movies "A Quiet Place" and "A Quiet Place II", you'll find yourself following the Abbott family as they try to survive in this silent world.

You'll be there in some of the movies key scenes including family's farmhouse basement and also witness the ultimate sacrifice made by father of the family Lee.

Can you make it through this house as quietly as possible, or will you give yourself away to the sightless monsters.

The Hype:

When speaking to the Discover Universal podcast, Show Director Charles Grey spoke how this house would actually be an experiment. Will guests go through the maze like usual (running and screaming) or will they go as silently as possible?

Anyone who has seen both of these movies will know how the consequences of making even the slightest noise can be. Cinemas were silent as movie goers who followed the Abbott's, it'll be intriguing to see if this house has similar results.

With the films often being masterful at increasing tension with also the ability to provide a jump scare, this is the perfect recipe for a HHN maze.

Charles Grey and Lora Sauls also confirmed that this house will feature a unique soundscape. With the often seeming lack of noise adding to the maze.

A Quiet Place house will also feature ASL, with Lora stating that the cast of this maze will be learning how to speak it. With even the actors portraying Lee Abbott signing "I love you," before meeting their fate.

We are incredibly excited to experience this house as it has everything you could want, whilst also bringing something fresh, new and exciting to the event.
