At a glance, this image of an elderly man walking down a New York street might seem as random as anything, but this is actually a minor character from the movie - Raymond Tooley (Jeff Weiss), the founder of the Life Extension Corporation, who wrote a book alongside it called "Life, The Sequel."

Much like Benny the Dog, we can assume Tooley is rattling around in David's brain because he's been in suspension as part of the Life Extension program for some 150 years.
