10. Venom Possesses Mrs. Chen
Shopkeeper Mrs. Chen (Peggy Lu) is back for the sequel, and again proves to be one of the most consistently entertaining supporting characters in the franchise.
Mrs. Chen has been helping Eddie secure chocolate to keep Venom's hunger in check, and in exchange for this and also keeping his alter-ego a secret, receives protection from them.
Later in the film, Anne and Dan visit the store looking for Venom, leading to a tense exchange where Mrs. Chen refers to Dan as a "p*ssy."
After a beat, it becomes clear that Venom possessed Mrs. Chen after stumbling into the store a few scenes earlier, resulting in the pure nightmare fuel image that is Mrs. Chen with Venom's large eyes and teeth superimposed over the top. Horrifying, but funny.
