Avengers Tower - for want of a better name now - was sold off by Tony Stark after the events of Captain America: Civil War, but it's remained a part of the New York City skyline.

So when Spider-Man swings past Grand Central Station, it throws up an intriguing look at the former Avengers HQ, which is undergoing some major construction work. We haven't seen it in this state before, which suggests that something happens to it in Avengers: Endgame. There would be some fitting symbolism in that, since this will end the original iteration of the team.

It also throws up questions for the future too, namely who is behind the construction work (since we never did find out who Tony sold it too), with the likeliest options being either Baxter or Oscorp.
