3. Honey, I Shrunk The Kids (1989)
Role: Wayne Szalinski.
Plot Outline: Wayne Szalinski is a family man/crazy inventor who is working tirelessly on a device which miniaturises anything it is fired at. Once it starts to work, his kids and their neighbours' kids don't realise and it shrinks them to the size of fleas. The adventure begins when they are accidentally thrown out in the trash and find themelves in the 'jungle' of their own back garden. Once Wayne realises what has happened, he has to find them and reverse the process.

2. Ghostbusters II (1989)
Role: Louis Tully.
Plot Outline: Rick reprises his role as Louis Tully, as the discovery of a massive river of ectoplasm/slime and a resurgence of spectral activity allows the staff of Ghostbusters to revive their Ghostbusting business. The source of this spectral activity? A seventeenth-century painting of Vigo the Carpathian, a powerful, ruthless tyrant and magician.
