LAWRENCE CHUNK COHEN THE GOONIES was Jeff Cohen's first and last major film role, his other acting roles came on TV, most notably on classic 80s sitcomFamily Ties. Through High School Football Cohen lost a lot of the trademark Chunk weight as he got older, although he was known to whip the crowd into a frenzy at these football games by performing The Truffle Shuffle at the side of the pitch. 
While attending Berkley University, Jeff Cohen ran for Student President using the campaign slogan Vote For Chunk, an unfair advantage if you ask me! Cohen has subsequently gone on to remain involved in movies in some capacity as he graduated and became an entertainment lawyer in Hollywood where he currently practices. After emigrating to the United States with his family at the end of the Vietnam War, Ke Huy Quan, or Jonathan Ke Quan as he became known in the West, went on to become a child star. Quans big break came playing Indiana Jones sidekick Shortround in INDIANA JONES AND THE TEMPLE OF DOOM, a controversial character which has become the "Jar Jar Binks" of the INDIANA JONES franchise. The following year Quan appeared as gadget master Data in THE GOONIES. After these two breakout roles, Quan never quite achieved these dizzying heights of success again. He starred in the quickly cancelled sitcom Together We Stand and in 1990 landed a role on High School comedy Head of the Class for the shows final season. After starring in martial arts film BREATHING FIRE, Quan reunited with his Goonies co-star Sean Astin for a cameo in ENCINO MAN. These days, Quan puts his Tae Kwon Do skills to good use on movie sets as a stunt choreographer, he has worked on films such as JET LIS THE ONE and X-MEN. He also had a pretty high profile role in the martial arts movie SECOND TIME AROUND in 2002 but has no other roles upcoming on his CV.
