With the recent release of the wildly divisive fourth Matrix film, The Matrix Resurrections, it's fair to say that many Matrix fans have been busy revisiting the previous entries into the franchise.
And while none of the sequels have managed to match the excellence of the iconic original, Reloaded in particular is an ambitious and unforgettable action extravaganza. Revolutions and especially Resurrections are far more polarising among the fanbase.
Yet even the lesser Matrix movies are interesting and memorable in their own rights, such that whether you like them or not, they're sure to rattle around in your brain for a good while.
