2. Chris Pine IS The Real Steve Trevor

According to Twitter user DanielRPK, who has acquired something of a reputation as a dependable leaker, all of the theories about Chris Pine playing someone else (most likely a descendant of Steve Trevor) are in fact wrong. When asked, his reply was simply: "Nope. That's the real Steve Trevor."

It could still be that Diana is simply being haunted by her grief for Trevor, but that wouldn't explain why he's dressed in 80s clothes. Grief doesn't tend to update fashion trends if it's trying to make you remember someone as they were, after all.

It now seems more likely that Trevor will somehow be brought back from the dead - possibly by a God - either to torment Diana (it would be great if he was an instrument of evil and would explain why he's dead again by the time Batman v Superman came out) or as a sort of reward? Or maybe even a distraction?

Anyway, we might hear more of this when the Warner Bros panel kicks off in Hall H.
