X-Force Movie: 10 Characters Who Must Be Included

4. Domino

domino There is a massive deficit of capable action heroines in modern movies, especially in regards to comic book heroines. Both Catwoman and Elektra were terrible movies that badly flopped, and instead of Hollywood viewing this as €œmaybe those were just bad movies,€ they instead viewed it as, €œno one wants to see female superheroes.€ Such is Hollywood logic. But female action heroes can be, and have been, done well. Sigourney Weaver€™s Ellen Ripley and Linda Hamilton€™s Sarah Connor proved this long ago. Not to mention the success of Sarah Michelle Gellar€™s Buffy Summers on TV. And that brings us to another important character in the X-Force mythos: Domino. A mercenary, Domino is a mutant with pale skin (save for the black patch over one eye) who possesses the ability to subconsciously alter probability. She€™s also a skilled marksman and proficient in both armed and unarmed combat. She€™s been a longtime friend, confidant, and occasional lover of X-Force€™s leader, Cable. Domino is a dangerous woman, the kind who hasn€™t appeared in the X-Men films except as a villain. Would be nice to see the shoe on the other foot for a change. Because Domino has the potential to be a great addition to the X-Force films.
