X-Men: Apocalypse - 10 Characters Who Need To Come Back

10. Colossus

Colossus is an unsung hero of sorts in the X-Men films. First appearing in X-Men 2, where his presence was essential in helping the younger mutants escape William Stryker's invasion of Xavier's school, the character also went on to reappear in X-Men: The Last Stand and Days Of Future Past. The character's dialogue has been almost non-existent so far in the films, always confined to background status whenever he appears. The character should definitely return for X-Men: Apocalypse. Not only is he one of the most badass mutants of Xavier's crew, but the character deserves much, much more development into a fully-fledged part of the cast. If the team behind the film are concerned that the character isn't flashy enough, they can put those fears to rest now, the man can cover himself in solid metal for pete's sake. The only question is (and it's one that's going to be asked repeatedly throughout this article): is Daniel Cudmore now too old to play the character in X-Men: Apocalypse? With the film being set in the 80s and Cudmore being in his 30s, it's probably not possible to keep the actor on due to continuity issues. But that's okay, a young, teenage Colossus would be a great reboot for the character.
