In the very same sequence, we see Jean using her Phoenix powers to destroy some incoming cop cars, and for a brief second "Red Hook" is visible on the side of the vehicles.

This seems to suggest that Jean's family home is in Red Hook, Brooklyn, and it may also serve as a reference to several other corners of Marvel lore.

FX's Legion is partially set in Red Hook, for instance, and in the comics Hydra also had a secret base in Red Hook and Steve Rogers settled in the neighbourhood after revealing his true identity to the world.
