6. Cyclops And Jean Have A Moment

X-Men: Apocalypse planted the seeds for a romance to blossom between Scott Summers and Jean Grey, and Dark Phoenix looks to be taking the baton and going one step further.
One of the most perplexing things regarding Bryan Singer's X-Men movies was the handling of the love triangle between Wolverine, Cyclops and Jean, mainly because both Logan and Scott were pretty unlikeable characters. Equally, neither Sophie Turner nor Tye Sheridan have distinguished themselves as Jean or Scott yet, so it could be argued that Dark Phoenix has come a little too soon, especially as the duo aren't a couple in this continuity.
Regardless, the Dark Phoenix trailer did include a moment between the two. Cyclops - looking pretty worried - reaches out to Jean, who seems pretty upset after what looks to be another explosive outburst from the Phoenix.
