X-Men: Apocalypse Final Trailer - 10 Major Plots Hints
1. Wolverine Lends A Claw
Yes, Wolverine is going to be a part of X-Men: Apocalypse!
He's been absent from the trailers and marketing so far, meaning his appearance at the end here is a big surprise. It seems as though Raven arrives in order to rescue the other mutants, only to find that most of the hard work has already been done, and that's when we get the shot of the claw. And not just any kind: a metal one.
The end of Days of Future Past had indicated that this future no longer existed for Wolverine, given Mystique was posing as Stryker, but it does seem as though he's still ended up being experimented on (what that means about Stryker, Mystique, and the end of DOFP remains a mystery), and now he's helping the X-Men escape, while also making an escape of his own.
Given his absence until this point, we can only assume he has a small but important cameo, helping the mutants before getting away from it all, but even a small turn from Wolverine is better than nothing.
