As we draw ever closer to the release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, expect there to be more and more minute glimpses at characters we haven't fully seen yet. Here comes one now, as ComicBookResources have uploaded a promo from Disney XD which gives us our first incredibly swift glimpse at Lupita Nyong'o's ancient space pirate (ret.), Maz Kanata. Keep your eye out for the 0:15 mark. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6tF8PvCWMX4 Also included in this footage is Finn going toe-to-toe with that First Order Stormtrooper from recent international TV spots (and seemingly yelling a hell of a battle cry in the process) and what looks like a meaningful look exchanged between Princess - sorry - General Leia and Rey at around 55 seconds in. There are so many snippets such as this one floating around out there and the internet is going wild trying to gobble it all up and piece it all together. In all honesty, at this point I'm about ready to just wait nine days and see it all as intended by Abrams and his crew. That said, if I could just see just one image of mo-cap legend Andy Serkis' Supreme Leader Snoke I'd be content, as he sounds truly odd. Star Wars: The Force Awakens is released on 17th December in the UK and 18th December in the US.
