"You might want to wipe some of the drool of your face" - WALL STREET 2's best trailer yet!

I was right not to get the knives out after that problematic first Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps teaser trailer. A fresh, new two and half minute international reel has arrived and it finally fleshes some meat onto the bones, and we can see exactly where it's headed now. Much like W - the trailer hints at director Oliver Stone being much more sympathetic to what has been a major disease of America. He is much more laid back than you would expect. Stone has the perfect platform to really take it to the Gordon Gekko types, the Hedge Fund figureheads - Michael Moore style - but he is rather being restraint.

The result looks to be a family dramedy with a 80's kind of half-assed political message, which isn't altogether a bad thing. I hate lecture movies and I enjoyed W much more because Stone went that route, rather than making him out to be the devil. Obviously, it goes without saying that much like that Talking Heads track attached to W; Stone's choice of The Rolling StonesSympathy for the Devil is note perfect. Wall Street 2 opens in April.
