Zack Snyder’s Justice League: 27 WTF Moments
16. Cyborg Ruins The Economy
The biggest triumph of the Snyder Cut more than anything else is in doing justice to Cyborg, who in the theatrical release barely felt like much of a character at all, let alone one fans would actually be interested to watch a planned solo movie for.
The Snyder Cut brings about 20 minutes of cut material back, which details the death of his mother, his anger at his father Silas (Joe Morton), and fully explains the extent of his tech-tinkering abilities.
But Snyder also introduces a rather sentimental aside where Cyborg uses his powers to give money to a poor mother and son, literally generating digital fat stacks before our very eyes and depositing them into her bank account under the guise of a lottery win.
Do you wanna screw the economy, Victor? Because that's how you do it.
