Zack Snyder’s Justice League: 27 WTF Moments

Lois Lane gets a few more scenes throughout the film, and one of the most bizarre inclusions is the not-at-all-subtle implication that she's pregnant.

For a few moments, Snyder lingers on a pregnancy test in her drawer, and while there's no explicit confirmation she is indeed with Clark's child, there's no reason to include this if it isn't going somewhere.

This becomes even weirder when you consider that Snyder recently confirmed he wanted to include a romance between Lois and Bruce Wayne, though in one of the few smart executive decisions Warner Bros. made during production, they refused to allow it.

Evidently, there's a strong chance that Justice League 2 would've involved Lois giving birth to Superman's son, which perhaps may have fully resolved the famous "Lois is the key" mystery first introduced in Batman v Superman.
