Zack Snyder's Justice League: All Characters Ranked Worst To Best

After witnessing a brooding Batman in his first appearance, Ben Affleck's character is now inspired to bring together the planet's mightiest heroes in order to take down alien invaders. While Batman's quips from the theatrical film are gone, Affleck's character is still showcased as more of a team player who has faith in his superhero allies.

This displays character development from Bruce Wayne, who was hellbent on taking down Superman previously, with the character now wishing to honour his legacy. The Caped Crusader even plays a bigger role in the film, sharing more scenes with Alfred to develop their relationship and a brilliant exchange with Jared Leto's Joker too.

However, it is his involvement in the final battle against Steppenwolf that is most improved as Batman takes down the force field in order to let the rest of the League join the fight against the invaders. Seeing the Dark Knight gun down Parademons and lead the Justice League was such a treat, led by a brilliant performance from Ben Affleck.
