Coming in as the last Lord standing, Heisenberg does all he can to stop Ethan once his deal has been refused. And that includes becoming a giant, mechanical bulldozer covered in spinning blades.

You’d think nothing could stop that from easily squishing Ethan’s very unprotected, human body (regardless of his apparent super-healing).

Enter the tank.

Easily making this the most badass boss battle in the game, Ethan takes control of a tank – thanks to Chris Redfield – complete with machine gun, chainsaw and rocket launcher.

You’ll wish you could power through the whole game with this – it’d make short work of any enemy – but of course it must go down in a rain of fire with Heisenberg’s demise. It is a fitting end to the final Lord, with explosions and metal raining down on you, as you walk away from the spectacular fight a badass… for a moment, at least.

But regardless of the outcome, bombarding Heisenberg with bullets and missiles before being dragged into the air for a final triumph is undoubtedly awesome. Mother Miranda wouldn’t stand a chance against Ethan and his tank which, presumedly, is why it had to die. At least we got to hear Heisenberg call Chris a boulder-punching a**hole.
