7. O.G Loc
It could be argued that San Andreas is the last of the 'classic' era of GTA games, starting with GTA III and ending with Carl 'CJ' Johnson's exploits here. The game gets so much right, and stands tall as the primary choice when most people discuss their favourite entry in the infamous, censor-baiting series. Even though he's not a main character in San Andreas, Jeffrey Cross (or Martin, if we're to believe some sites) is simply hilarious, and another example of those lovable idiots which permeate Grand Theft Auto's universe. Upon collecting him from jail, players learn that Jeffrey now goes by the name 'O.G Loc', and is definitely gangsta'. The ensuing mayhem involving Loc has to be seen to be believed, with one highlight including aspersions that the character has a Mexican gay lover, even though he does his best to deny it. This glorious send up of snot-nosed brats who think they're tough criminal rappers is perfectly done, and credit must go to Jonathan Anderson for his voice-acting performance. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mQBllqvxMl4
