The Castle Fairfax mission bears significant similarity to the Brightwood Tower quest but pushes it to a new height. This is earned and expected as gaining the property rights to Castle Fairfax has to be one of the most challenging tasks in the game, seeing as the building is so expensive.

Once you have achieved this almost impossible goal, the vast gates of the castle open, and you are greeted by The Butler who gives you a tour and guides you around the place.

Eventually, you sleep in the royal bed and get awoken in the middle of the night by a bandit attack. After defending your new home and searching for the menaces access route, you dive into Fairfax Tomb and eventually end up clearing it out and discovering a potion that can change your gender but is irreversible.

This is a great mission that makes you feel like Castle Fairfax truly is yours, as not only do you own it, but you have defended and explored it. This brings the story of the game full circle, which is even noted in the missions ending description.
