Yes, for this one you simply have to finish off an enemy using chip damage from bouncing on somethings head like it is one of those bouncing houses. It could be a Skag, pyscho, or anything else. Borderlands loves paying homages to every source of pop culture on the planet from games to movies to music and more but getting one kill tallied Mario style left a smile on my face that has returned from simply typing this.
