5. Dead Island's Severed Head Bust
Collector's Editions of video games can often come with great statuettes of iconic characters or moments that fans will be able cherish for a lifetime. However, these usually take the form of a posed Nathan Drake or a cool image of Batman fighting Superman - you know, things that people would actually want to display around their home.
But it seems as though Deep Silver, the publisher behind the Dead Island series, didn't quite get the memo, and instead thought that offering the dismembered torso of a scantily-clad woman would be the best incentive to draw in fans of the franchise for spin-off Dead Island: Riptide.
We won't get into the industry problem of sexualised violence towards women here (although it's hard to overlook), because at the end of the day there's a much simpler drawback to this piece of memorabilia: where would you even put it?
The novelty of having such a violent bust in your house is enticing, yeah, but it would be an uncomfortable decoration to explain away when you've got guests over.
