Civilization V was already a worthy entry in the franchise, particularly following the release of its second expansion pack Gods & Kings. To many players though, the NiGHTS mod has become an essential part of the Civ V experience. Civilization NiGHTS is a complete conversion mod pack that adds a wealth of features and new mechanics. Featuring more unpredictable AI, over one hundred new policies and the ability to recruit barbarians, NiGHTS is a massive improvement over the base game. Best of all though, is NiGHTS' unique approach to population happiness. In the mod, a higher population actually generates happiness, while expansion and an increased military presence makes everyone feel unhappy.
