Look guys, look at this lovely game - oh and whats this here? Its only bloody Captain Picard! This is a great bit of casting because with his deep, old-era Shakespearian voice, he really brings a touch of genuine authority and presence to the game from the get-go. This is a relatively minor role for such a huge actor which only served to portray the game's grand designs.
