Upgraded Model of Mega Man

After Mega Man saved the world from Dr Wily, his creator, Dr Light, knew a time would come when his creation would be needed again. In his final years, the doctor created an upgraded version of Mega Man called X which could feel and think like a human being. Although Light died before activating X, the robot was awakened decades later by Dr. Cain. Realising the potential X had, Cain used Light's schematics to create his own robots called Reploids.

However, these creations did not have the same moral compass as X, and so, turned destructive. Realising the world was in jeopardy, X was compelled to save the world from the very robots he indirectly spawned.

Even though X looks like a reskinned version of his predecessor, he is far stronger. Not only can he absorb the abilities of his fallen enemies like the original Mega Man, he can climb walls, increase his energy gauge, enhance his armour, and upgrade his powers. The Blue Bomber may have started the franchise but X is superior in every way.
