Why We're Worried: Much like The Evil Within 2, the new Middle-earth title looks like it could end up an also-ran sequel in all honesty, an adequate game that just doesn't do enough to feel like more than feature-length DLC for what came before.

Why This Image Rocks: That's right, comedian Kumail Nanjiani will feature in Shadow of War as "The Agonizer", an awkward Orc who desperately wants to be a bada**, but just isn't very good at it.

Adding such an accomplished comic talent to the game's line-up only emphasises that it's going to have a decidedly lighter tone than the original, which given the property's inherent silliness is certainly no bad thing.

If this is any indication, Shadow of War is going to lean into its eccentric personalities much more than the first game, which should help it feel fresh and different enough.
