9. Frying (Arctic Eggs)

Gamers are more than used to dystopian worlds. Most titles in this subgenre have you scrounging for survival, fighting off raiders, and dealing with all other forms of trouble. However, Arctic Eggs places its focus somewhere altogether more scrumptious. All you've got to do is fry up some eggs.

The game introduces you to a harsh world set in a near-future city in Antarctica. After attempting to escape, you're given the job of Poultry Prepper and tasked with walking around and cooking food for whoever wants it. Thus begins the main gameplay loop of finding someone hungry and rustling something up for them in your trusty frying pan. To do so, you must keep the food moving consistently, ensuring it doesn't fall out and flipping it over when needed.

You'll heat up a nice variety of dishes, including cigarette-seasoned eggs, sardines, bacon and even manta rays. There are a couple of extra challenges to your cooking tossed in along the way, like roaches in the pan or bullets knocking food out, but ultimately, if you've a keen attitude for frying, then this mechanic will keep you happy.
