2. Demon Babies - The Sims 4
All the best accidents, mistakes, glitches and quirks revolve around absolute horror.
Comedy moments are all very well and good, but pure, unadulterated revulsion wins every time.
This is where EA's The Sims 4 comes in.
The internet is now saturated with images, videos, stories and GIFs relating to the nightmarish hell-spawn which were the game's babies.
Owing to a glitch which was somehow present in the final retail version of the game, babies were - for want of a more suitable word - "born" with frying pans for bodies, hands which looked like the product of the illegitimate splicing of Lady Deathstrike and Reed Richards, and eyes which protruded on foot-long stalks.
Some players at the time reported that it was possible to get around this horrific and hilarious glitch by increasing the age of their demonic progeny, but who would want to?
What's wrong with a baby with a toaster for a torso, gaping black maws where its eyes should be, and three-foot long, silver fingers?
Obviously a mistake, this "Demon Baby" glitch has long since been patched by EA, which is at once a huge relief and a massive, massive shame.
