10 Invisible Enemies That Made You Rage Quit
5. Chak 'Lok - Halo: Infinite (2021)
Although Halo Infinite didn't capture the heights of the original trilogy, its fluid combat and satisfying gunplay nevertheless reminded fans why they fell in love with the franchise.
While the open world design and the addition of a grappling hook gave players more freedom when dealing with enemies, the combat itself was just as challenging as ever. Alongside new enemy types, Infinite also featured familiar foes such as Elites, whose active camouflage and energy sword made them incredibly deadly.
As frustrating as it is to get taken out by an Elite in a single attack, Halo Infinite made this stealthy enemy even more rage-inducing with Chak 'Lok.
The game's second boss, Chak 'Lok is the ruthless warden of The Tower prison who players face upon reaching the top of the structure. He's an especially difficult encounter at this early stage of the game, whose speed and relentless aggression can punish unprepared players.
While the newly acquired threat detector allows players to see where he is, staying on the move is essential to stay out the way of his attacks.
When a single mistake can lead to a swift defeat, Chak 'Lok is one Infinite's most aggravating bosses, especially when playing on higher difficulties.
