10 More Video Game Sequels You Didn't Know Were Coming In 2020
1. Deadly Premonition 2: A Blessing In Disguise
Set in the eerily real world of Greenvale, Washington, and revolving around the story of FBI Special Agent Francis York Morgan's trail of a murdered teenager, Deadly Premonition remains one of the horror world's most well known and must-play titles.
Released in 2010, the game flicks between the Agent York's mystery-unlocking detective work in the town and his close encounters with the horrific creatures inhabiting the town via some intense combat scenes. The game is pulled together with a terrific sense of realism, featuring routined NPCs that follow a strict timetable and a town's scale that could closely resemble something straight out of our world.
With a release still slated down for this year, Deadly Premonition 2: A Blessing In Disguise looks set to be everything a good sequel should be: building on everything the first title did well, but layering on top a whole host of funky new ideas.
Set in modern day Boston, the story looks set to follow Special FBI Agent Aaliyah Davis as she reopens a case lost to the ages, ushering in the series' brand new time shifting elements that will reintroduce us to Agent York and the previous game's timeline.
The game looks creepy, ambitious, mind-boggling and we can hardly wait.
