10 Most Incredible Vocal Tracks In Silent Hill History

6. Your Rain - Silent Hill 4: The Room

Silent Hill 4 finally enters the fray with "Your Rain", the 15th track on the OST that doesn't actually appear in the game, other than a few of the song's lyrics during the "Mother" and "Escape" endings.

The song is schizophrenic with one-half of the song being slow and sombre talking about lost love and self-loathing. Then the second half kicks in, with a more raging guitar and the lyrics taking a turn, suggesting a more irritated perspective, someone fed up with it all. Perhaps Walter Sullivan?

"I never wanted to ever bring you down"

"No compassion, nothing matters. My resistance is waning"

Oddly enough, a remixed version of this song appears in Dance Dance Revolution Extreme. On one hand, it's good to see a Silent Hill song get some recognition from other properties, but on the other... a dance game? It's certainly polarising.
