10 Perfect Video Game Soundtracks For The Ultimate Work/Study/Reading Playlist

3. The Spyro Series

These games have some incredibly wacky tracks, but keen ears to this series’ early soundtracks can pick out some of the more feelgood, calm motivational songs to really get the work flowing. All three homeworld tracks from Spyro 2: Gateway to Glimmer – “Summer Forest”, “Autumn Plains”, and “Winter Tundra” – are fairly similar but incredibly beautiful ambient background music.

The entire Spyro: Year of the Dragon soundtrack is great for upbeat but repetitive-to-not distract tracks. And despite not being part of the golden trilogy of original Spyro games, A Hero’s Tail has a golden soundtrack. Namely “Cloudy Domain”, “Coastal Remains” and “Dragonfly Falls” to be pumped up with inspiration, and the truly iconic “Sgt. Byrd” for a real dramatic stroke of genius to hit you.
