10 Rarest PlayStation 2 Games Ever

6. Resident Evil 4: Premium Edition Steel Book

Value: $120 A momentous video game worthy of a monumental price, Resident Evil 4 may have gone through countless ports and mutations over the years, but the PS2 outing is one of the original renditions of the game. Granted, the game came out on the GameCube first, but that effectively means that no one got to play it until its PS2 launch some months later. The Premium Edition Steelbook contains the game, a Making Of DVD, a laser cel of one of the characters, and an artbook, all packed in a robust metal case. If you're going to own an over-priced collectors' edition of any Resident Evil game, it may as well be this one. Resi 4 marked both the series' zenith and subsequent downfall, as each Resident Evil game since then has miserably failed to replicate 4's perfect harmony of horror and action.
