3. It Feels User-Friendly All Round

Even outside the hard or software side of things, the PS4 is excelling in all areas. Want to integrate it with your TV set so both of them turn on at once? You can. How about plugging some headphones directly into the controller to save having a cable sprawled across the living room? Done. Has the Xbox still got that stupidly-massive "I smell a house fire!" power brick? Of course it does. Throw in the fact the fact that for some reason Microsoft have been taking a lesson from Nintendo and not including the necessary cables to work their systems (in this case a USB charger for the controller), and it's a recipe for disaster if you haven't thought ahead enough to compensate for it. Seriously, the defence in the comments will always be "But they're only like $/£5, go buy one", but that's the perfect reason why such an essential and cheap piece of kit should've been included in the box from day one.
