With the PS3 and Xbox 360 slowly giving way to the next generation of consoles due out this holiday season, it is time we look back on the incredible moments our HD consoles brought to life these past eight years. Some moments made us laugh, some moments made us cry, and some moments blew our minds. These moments will most likely be topped with better graphics, better games, and soon we will have a new gaming generation of unforgettable moments to keep us busy for another eight years or longer. However, there are some moments from the current generation that will be quite hard to forget. With this generation we got a whole new definition of storytelling and what could be done in video games. With this generation we weren't just playing games, we were playing interactive movies. With this generation, gaming became a more accepted culture, and in turn games were truly appreciated as art. With this generation, developers brought us into the future with motion control, (for better or worse) and with this generation, we were given plenty of unforgettable moments that will stick with us for years to come. So, before we start lining up to get our hands on a PS4, (and/or Microsofts new console) let's reminisce about the good ol' days of these aging consoles.
