10 Upcoming Video Games To Look Out For In March 2017

3. Mass Effect Andromeda

What is it: Mass Effect took the gaming world by storm with it's 360 and PS3 trilogy following Shepard, but Andromeda takes the franchise in a brand new direction, shifting galaxies away for an all new cast and an all new setting.

The new protagonist is the player's choice of Sara or Scott Ryder, a Pathfinder sent to find a new potential home planet for humankind in the Andromeda galaxy. As you explore the unfound lands, you'll meet the native alien races and animal species abroad, and collect resources to build a home colony for not only your six-man team, but also a potential future for the human race.

All systems of the game have seen a massive overhauling - the classes of previous games have been reduced to a free form skill tree system, allowing players to swap between class loadout abilities on the fly. The familiar Paragon/Renegade dialogue system has been axed for a wider, more neutral myriad of potential responses. Even the Mako - now called the Nomad- returns, giving players a vehicle to explore the huge, traversable planets.

When's it coming out: 21st March in North America, and 23rd March in Europe.
