1. Final Fantasy VII Remake
Just because this is the obvious answer doesn’t mean it’s the wrong one.
With Square Enix putting all of their attention on the recently released Kingdom Hearts 3, it’s no surprise that we haven’t heard much about the Final Fantasy VII Remake.
Still, it’s now been four years since we last saw anything on the game, and we’re ready to learn some more.
So far the only substantial thing we know about the game is that it’ll be changing the combat system to something more reminiscent of Final Fantasy XV. It’s also been revealed that the game will be released in an episodic nature, but that just raises more questions than anything.
Considering how highly-requested the game has been for years now, Square Enix need to make sure that every move they make with this remake is the right one. We can’t exactly blame them for being cautious, but 4 years?
Come on.
