10 Upcoming Video Games We Still Know Nothing About

8. Luigi's Mansion 3

Death Stranding
Nintendo

Yet another upcoming game that only has a working title. Luigi's Mansion is a series in which you play as Mario's taller and greener brother, Luigi. Using Luigi's trusty Poltergust 3000 vacuum, your goal is to suck up ghosts. A lot of ghosts.

Originally, Luigi's Mansion (2001) for the Nintendo Gamecube was the only game in the series. Then Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon was released in 2013 for the Nintendo 3DS. The original Luigi's Mansion was then remastered for the 3DS in 2018. Then they announced Luigi's Mansion 3 for the Nintendo Switch in late 2018. Luigi's Mansion was an only child for twelve years. Poor thing.

Luigi's Mansion 3 takes place in a hotel. That's pretty much all we know. Luigi's Mansion 3 isn't even its official title. Dark Moon isn't called Luigi's Mansion 2, so it'd be odd to suddenly change the series' naming conventions.

If Luigi's Mansion 3 is still due to release this year, it's time we got a new trailer, or new details so we know what kind of game it is. Besides the kind of game where you suck up ghosts, and lots of them. We kind of already figured that part out.
