1. Donkey Kong - Punch-Out!!
Donkey Kong loves to appear in other characters’ franchises, specifically Mario’s, but what you may not know is that he also made a cameo in the Wii version of Punch-Out!!
Most people don’t know about this, and that’s because he only appears in your game randomly. In fact, depending on how well you do in your initial fight, he may not appear ever again, which is why you can’t afford to lose a fight to him.
To trigger the match with the coconut gun-wielding leader of the bunch, you have to play in the special endurance mode called Mac’s Last Stand, which you unlock by completing the main game’s Title Defense.
The mode will have you face random opponents until you lose a match, and there is a small percentage chance that one of the challengers will be Donkey Kong.
The ape is the dirtiest fighter in the game, but you cannot fall for his tricks, because if you lose the fight, he will never appear in the endless mode again.
You can technically challenge him in Exhibition mode afterwards, but if you want to win the real deal, one shot is all you get.
