The Dissidia series is considered the odd step-brother to the more mainstream Final Fantasy games. The kind of step-sibling where on one hand they have access to awesome imported DVDs you can't find anywhere else, but on the other hand they lick cats and eat paste, so you're not proud to them you're friend.

In the second game, the series pulls one of its most hilariously trolling moves in the history of Square-Enix.

See, at the beginning, a moogle will ask if you've "already mastered Dissidia". You can then answer either that you haven't yet or that you are a master. The moogle, seeking to call your bluff, teleports you to the final boss of the game: Feral Chaos.

Then you die immediately.

The moogle then lectures you about overconfidence, and moves on. But maybe you think that's a bit BS, and want to prove that you are indeed a true master of Dissidia. Well don't worry, because despite being so low leveled, you can win if you know what you're doing. Afterwards, presumably you blow a raspberry in that moogle's dumb face and throw a party for yourself
